Great snack ideas

In order to keep your metabolism up, it’s important for you to eat.  This includes snacks.  Perhaps one mid-morning and one mid-afternoon.  Here are some ideas of some healthy and tasty snacks:


1/2 cup each sliced mango and blueberries

1/2 medium apple and 2 teaspoons peanut butter

2 oz lean roast beef

1 hard boiled egg

10 cashews

12 almonds

2 tablespoon low-fat ranch dressing and 1 cup crunchy veggies
